Full Time • Hills, Ia
Requires 24 months of experience as an Electrical Installation Manager or in similar electrical management work.
Travel required as job sites are throughout Cerro Gordo, Dubuque, Clinton, Linn, Jones, Benton, Tama, Marshall, and Washington Counties.
Job Duties: Review and direct plans for electrical projects through site assessment to ensure the projects meet deadlines, safety requirements, and quality standards. Lead teams of electricians and subcontractors, providing mentorship, training, and work evaluations. Supervise installation projects onsite, review quality control, and oversee daily progress to ensure alignment with project goals. Review and prioritize project modifications for cost and time efficiency and prepare reports on system performance, energy production, and maintenance logs. Coordinate closely with other departments to manage electrical system integration and ensure proper wiring and connection of electrical panels and broader grid components. Direct day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of inverters, battery storage systems, and power optimizers. Coordinate with utility providers for grid interconnection approvals, inspections, and required permits for solar system connection. Starting salary $82.000
