BENTON COUNTY AUDITOR’S OFFICE FULL-TIME CLERK

The Benton County Auditor’s Office will be accepting applications for a full-time clerk through Friday, July 25, 2025. The position will be responsible for assisting the Auditor and/or Deputy Auditor with his/her duties including, but not limited to: working with governmental processes relating to budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, maintaining accurate real estate records, fixed asset reporting, website maintenance, voter registration, as well as other routine clerical duties as assigned including elections. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Position requires extreme attention to detail and
excellent computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office applications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to climb, lift, maneuver large pieces of equipment, and move/lift up to 50 pounds are also required. Some weekends and nights will also be required (election related) along with some travel and training requirements.
