Rathje Construction Co., a 60+ year family-owned heavy civil construction company located in Marion, IA is looking for a janitor to be a key part of their team.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience is preferable
3. Have a valid driver’s license and qualify under the company’s insurance carrier when driving a company vehicle
4. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening test and subsequent random drug and alcohol testing
5. Ability to read safety data sheets (SDS)
Position is full time, Monday – Friday, mid-day to evening shift
Wage is negotiable based on experience
Benefits: 401(k) and profit sharing; paid sick days; earned vacation time; health, dental and life insurance are available
