Linn-Mar Community Schools has an immediate opening for a full-time Certified Maintenance - Plumber. Maintains all plumbing/irrigation equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all plumbing systems and equipment. Inspects systems for safety, provides ongoing preventive maintenance. Works with outside contractors when needed, instructs district personnel on services and system operations. Must have ability to read diagrams, blueprints, etc. Journeyman Plumber license preferred or ability to perform at Journeyman level.
