Description
P&K Midwest, your local John Deere dealer in Mt Vernon, is hiring a
SERVICE MANAGER
Responsible for assisting in the overall leadership & management of the
Service Department staff and
department performance. Optimize Service Department processes and procedures to ensure customer
satisfaction, grow profitable service
labor sales, manage controllable
expenses, and effectively engage
department personnel.
Requirements include: 2+ years of
experience in managing a service
department, ability to analyze internal reports, and knowledge of standard desktop applications. Must have
proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, conflict resolution, and ability
consistently to meet deadlines is a must. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
