HL7 Vocabulary Specialist at the State Hygienic Laboratory at the University of Iowa:

development and support of HL7 interfaces to support the State Hygienic Laboratory (SHL)'s Newborn Screening and Clinical Testing Programs. Responsibilities include supporting existing HL7 interfaces, developing new HL7 interfaces, performing validation studies of HL7 interfaces, maintaining and updating standards-based vocabulary in the SHL's Laboratory Information Management System, and supporting program workflows. Requires Bachelors Degree in STEM Field and 1 Year Experience in field related to electronic data exchange.
