High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 5 year call center/customer service experience required
This is a work from home position.
Must have reliable internet and space to work without interruption
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage own workload
Professional telephone etiquette and excellent verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in relevant computer
applications and call center systems
