Analyze business problems, interact with internal customers, capture and document business requirements, maintain use cases/business process flows, develop and execute system test cases, provide application training. Develop, manage update product roadmap with stakeholders to understand business needs & priorities. Communicate with end users, stakeholders, leadership thru requirements gathering meetings, demos, trainings, release notes, status updates. Manage ongoing support requests & user administrative needs. Communicate business stakeholder needs to admins and Scrum team to ensure business priorities & requirements. Lead analysis & reporting on department metrics. Identify measurements & strategies to evaluate success. Lead, support, size, inform continual improvement efforts to regularly, systematically, incrementally enhance Salesforce business value. Lead Salesforce team. Mentor, coach, encourage, develop and grow Salesforce knowledge, skills and abilities organizationally. Remote employment available from anywhere in the US. Anticipate offering annual salary in range of $99,000 to $131,300 - ACT manages salaries within range based on relevant factors: skills, experience, internal equity and geographic location. Position not incentive eligible; benefits include paid life ins, medical, dental, vision, FSA, 403B with ER contrib, paid holidays, PTO. Requires Bachelor's degree or equiv in Comp Science, Info Systems or closely rltd field with 5 yrs or Master's degree or equiv in Comp Science, Info Systems or closely rltd field with 3 yrs of progressively responsible exp that includes 2 yrs of Salesforce admin exp, delivering solutions to customer problems & Salesforce.com Administrator Certification within 1st year of hire and includes: exp with Salesforce platform (build custom apps & objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, content of intermediate complexity), leading projects & project teams, working in Agile, evaluating new Salesforce apps, developing implementation plans; technical understanding of Salesforce capabilities, integration with various systems & business process, logic & data to solve complex problems; ability to prioritize & manage multiple complex deliverables & identify & implement process improvements; exp with at least one of: Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud &/or Community Cloud.
