FOR DRIVERS
Linn Mar Community Schools has immediate openings for Regular and Substitute School Bus Drivers and Riders. This is your OPPORTUNITY to DO SOMETHING BIG! SOMETHING IMPORTANT! MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the life of our students, by using your skills and talent to keep our school buses rolling safely!
We offer paid personal days and Holidays, and IPERS retirement system benefits for those that choose regular scheduling and flexible scheduling options for those who prefer a more irregular schedule! Pay starts for drivers at $22.43 per hour for routes and $21.25 for extra trip driving, and for riders at 16.70 per hour!
For drivers, If you possess a good driving record we’d love to talk to you about joining our great team of professionals! A class B CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements is required, but we will provide PAID training if the selected candidate is not a current CDL holder.
