Accounting Associate, Shipping Associate, and Billing Associate

All positions are full time. Flexible scheduling may be considered for the right individual. Individuals must be able to work with minimal supervision self starting and be very detailed
oriented. All individuals who apply should have exposure to the fast-paced environment of international trade. All individuals are required to have
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and must be willing to cross train
In addition to the above requirements the Accounting Associate must have
proficiency in Quick Books Pro and be experienced in reconciling bank
statements, invoicing and balancing. The Accounting Associate should be trainable and able to train others. Other duties will be expected.
In addition to the above requirements the Shipping Associate must have
extensive experience with interacting directly with various steam lines,
making bookings for up to 60 containers weekly, coordinating schedules with various suppliers throughout North America and verifying freight invoices. The Accounting Associate should be trainable and able to train others. Other duties will be expected.
In addition to the above requirements the Billing Associate must be very
comfortable with Microsoft Excel spread sheets. Tracking expenditures,
